I placed an order but never received a confirmation email from you. What do I do? 

Our confirmation emails are sent out automatically by our order fulfillment system. If you did not receive this email from us, kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

I ordered two items but only received one. What is happening?

Don't worry if you only received one part of your order! Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We process all orders in US Dollars. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

How do I order from your website?

Simply find the product you want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we will have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
