When will my order be processed?

Orders are usually handled and processed within 2 business days after the payment is received. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it may take 2-5 days for deliveries in the United States, and 1-4 weeks for all international orders (depending on location). 

We do apologize for shipment delays for orders that require Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. You can place an order from any country.

How can I change my Shipping Address?

You may contact us via our contact us page to request for such changes. Please be advised that we are only able to make changes to orders that have not shipped.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. 

Under what circumstances my order may not be shipped or accepted?

If your order has high risk in Shopify's fraudulent analysis, your order may be cancelled and refunded. If our shipping carrier cannot verify your address, there is a high risk that your order may not be delivered successfully. In this case, your order may be cancelled and refunded as well.
